SFX: Area Attack. Against multiple opponents, add a D6 and keep an additional effect die for each additional target.
SFX: Cosmic Energy Boost. Step up or double any Power Cosmic power for one action. If the action fails, add a die to the Doom Pool equal to the normal rating of your power die.
SFX: Cosmic Immunity. Spend 1 PP to ignore stress, trauma or complications from poisons, disease, heat, cold, radiation or electricity.
SFX: Energy Absorption. On a successful reaction against an energy attack action, convert your opponent's effect die into a Power Cosmic stunt or step up a Power Cosmic power by +1 for your next action. Spend 1 PP to use this stunt if your opponent's action succeeds.
SFX: Healing. Add Cosmic Energy Supremacy to your dice pool when helping others recover stress. Spend 1 PP to recover your own or another's physical stress or step back your own or another's physical trauma by -1.
SFX: Invulnerable. Spend 1 PP to ignore physical stress or trauma unless caused by mystic attacks.
SFX: Multipower. Add more than one Power Cosmic powers to a single dice pool. Step back each Power Cosmic die once for each power die in the pool.
SFX: Matter Manipulation. Spend 1 PP to make transmutations permanent.
Limit: Exhausted. Shutdown any Power Cosmic power to gain 1 PP. Recover power by activating an opportunity or during a Transition Scene.
Limit: Guilt. Step up emotional stress caused by guilt or the suffering of those you have doomed to gain 1 PP.

10 XP when you lead Galactus to devour a civilized world, or betray your duty as Herald and oppose him or help lead him away.

Even when your humanity was removed by Galactus, your compassion and nobility shone through. As the Silver Surfer, you herald the destruction of evil and injustice.
1 XP when you aid someone against a villainous being or cosmic entity for the first time.
3 XP when you peacefully convince a hostile person or group to give up their aggression against another person or group.
